ENERGY AUDITS
The Greenable energy audit is among the most thorough available. We create a computer model of your home from its current features - this enables us to project savings for each opportunity we find in the areas of Insulation, Building Leakage, Heating & Cooling Appliances, Windows, and Lights & Electrical Appliances.
We also conduct diagnostic testing which includes blower door leakage testing, infrared thermal scanning to locate leaks and insulation issues, and combustion appliance safety testing.
We are onsite for 3 to 4 hours and you get a full report and action items within a week.
